Authentic Website to Apply For Indian Visa

It is  hereby informed that https://indianvisaonline.gov. is the ONLY authorized Government of India website to accept Indian visa applications. Applicants are required to fill up the online visa application  and thereafter, the hard copy of the application (duly signed) needs to be submitted at the Embassy within the below -mentioned timings along with requisite supporting documents and prescribed fees.

 Any other 3rd Party website claiming to provide e-Visa services to the visa applicants desiring to travel to India is fake website operating on the internet. Such websites misguide visa seekers to India and in some cases dupe them of their money.  (examples of FAKE website are www.evisatoindia.org.in; https:/www.evisaindia.com;e-touristvisa.com;https:/www.indianvisaservice.org; https:/www.indiaimmigration.org;  https:/www.evisainida.org.;  https:/www.indiaonlinevisas.org.in)

The applications for visa to India will be received directly at the Embassy at ‘No.24, Al-Hidhab Street, Abdoun, Amman (Jordan) on working days.

Timings :

Receipt of Applications : 0930 hrs to 1130 hrs
Delivery of Passports/Documents : 1500 hrs to 1600 hrs

Use of Satellite phones

Carrying of Satellite phones by foreigners into India is banned under Government of India regulations.  All foreign nationals going to India are advised not to carry satellite phones to India in order to avoid any inconvenience.
